All products sold on MommaPrints™ are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that:
- You are buying a non‑refundable digital product
- You will receive instant access after payment is verified
- No physical items will be shipped

Exchanges
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you received the wrong file or encountered a technical issue, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

All items in our shop are digital products. Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be delivered:

- With download access on the order confirmation page (if applicable)
No physical products will be shipped.
