At Momma Prints, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at mommyro2021@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
- Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please specify the new item you’d like to receive in your return request. We’ll ship the new item once we receive the returned item.
Important: Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee for the return or exchange of the product. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the exchanged item (if applicable).
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): PHP 70.00
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): PHP 100.00
- International Shipping (7-14 business days): PHP 1000.00
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may not be available for all shipping methods.
We’re not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or shipping carrier delays.
